VDL skipload installation on a Scania vehicle on LNG

24 July 2020

A very special Scania was delivered to M&M Containerservice in Wijchen. This time Terberg Techniek Baarlo built a skiploadsystem on a Scania vehicle running on LNG.

This P340 skiploader has 1 LNG tank of 400ltr (600km) on the left side, leaving enough space for crates etc. on the right side. The truck is equipped for robustness (hence the Xtra robust XT version), ease of work and safety, such as cameras and Full LED lighting all around. The 9ltr 340hp gas engine stands his ground and will move the portal wagon including container trailer with ease.

Many municipalities are becoming stricter when it comes to emissions in the city centre by sometimes banning diesel completely. So from now on, M&M is ready for this.
