Within VDL Groep, a coordinator of practical training has even been appointed who is working full-time to link the right students to the VDL companies. This practical training coordinator works closely with the various educational institutions.
Also within VDL Containersystemen we often have trainees and students who, among other things, follow a BBL (Professional Guided Learning Route) course. A BBL training is working and learning where during the training 3 to 4 days a week is worked and 1 to 2 days a week to school.
VDL Containersystemen has been appointed by the SBB as an approved training company to offer work placement and training places.
