Road to improvement
Over the past six months, colleagues from various departments have followed the Lean Green Belt training and successfully obtained their certificate! With this training we achieve that the participants get basic knowledge about how to solve and secure problems.
Lean Green Belt training
The trainings consisted of a theory and a practical part. In small groups they started with a practical assignment, each of which related to a concrete problem. The practical assignment was elaborated during the training. In this way the learned (theory) had to be immediately applied in practice and at the end of the training a number of problems were solved.
After an intensive period of weekly training and practice, all 11 participants obtained the Lean Green Belt certificate from KSL.
